This lovely "stained glass" style quilt wall hanging is made by making 12 block and then joining them together. Using tear-away stabilizer, you use your sewing machine like in free movement by raising the presser foot and sewing around the edges of the pieces. This gives it a rather tattered look, but is very effective with this piece. Directions are plainly stated and pattern is very clear. Maybe you could add photo images that were transferred to fabric and place where the leaves would be? How ambitious are you? Final measurements approx. 38" wide x 38" tall.
